As we continue life under quarantine, we have developed new and exciting rituals and ways of finding joy. One of the ideas that has brought us the most joy recently is what we call snackpotato.
To try snackpotato at home:
1.- Take some medium size Yukon Golds
2.- Boil in salty saltwater for 20 minutes or so, until you can pierce them with a fork
3.- Just leave on the counter to cool.
The plan has been to eventually put them in the fridge, but we haven’t gotten to that yet. They are fantastic at room temperature.
